THEME1 / Introduction of the business department



The beauty wear division sells salon cloths, cut cloths, etc. People’s awareness of hygiene has changed significantly compared to the past, so our mission is to support the safety and security of customers who visit our stores with new wear that has advanced hygiene management. We also make proposals through sales activities to trading companies and dealers, and use advertising media with a layout that differentiates us from other companies, and use the web and SNS to inform our policies and initiatives. We will continue to work hard to upgrade our products and individuals every day so that they can be used by many customers.

THEME2 / What do you keep in mind when working?



I always try to think about things from the other person’s perspective, no matter what. Only a manufacturer can propose and quickly deliver a product that satisfies the customer’s needs, starting with a single order. In addition, the connections between people are very deep, so we value daily communication with customers, such as during business negotiations and when answering the phone.

“Receive orders accurately” and “finish quickly.” My main job is to take orders for regular products and personalized items. We make sure to receive orders accurately because we cannot make mistakes. Also, since the Beauty Wear Division’s work is diverse, I try to finish my work as quickly as possible so that I can support other work.

THEME3 / Please tell us about a moment when you felt fulfilled.



Of course, the plans and estimates we propose will be evaluated and lead to sales, and we will receive compliments from customers who are actually using our products, but the most important thing is to present our products. I guess it’s the series of time it takes to prepare for a business meeting and conclude a business negotiation. This is because we are proud and confident in our products and various services. The process of moving forward to expand is an irreplaceable moment.

I find it rewarding not only in the work of the division, but also in executing and achieving anything. Wako is working on a business continuity plan (BCP), and as the implementation leader, I am creating our own manual for disasters and infectious disease outbreaks, gathering supplies for disaster prevention, and planning and implementing disaster prevention drills. There were times when I struggled, but I felt a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
