THEME1 / Introduction of the business department



Our catering wear business sells aprons, arm covers, caps, etc. for school lunches, food factories, and a variety of other fields outside the food industry. We also handle custom-made requests, starting from just one piece, and develop products that are tailored to each customer’s individual needs. The main business of the division is to propose products that meet customer needs and respond to orders. We also carry out sales activities such as participation in large-scale exhibitions that allow customers to directly touch our products. Our mission is to quickly deliver safe, secure, and high-quality products to our customers.

THEME2 / What do you keep in mind when working?



As a sales assistant, I often have the opportunity to speak directly with customers over the phone.
Since we can’t see the customer’s face and can’t directly touch the product, we try to respond as quickly as possible, such as by sending catalogs and samples. Additionally, since collaboration with the quality control department is necessary for matters such as delivery dates, I try to be actively involved in areas where I can share information and provide support.

THEME3 / Please tell us about a moment when you felt fulfilled.



Every day, we receive a variety of requests from our customers, including orders and requests for quotations.
Among them, I feel happy when I hear genuine feedback such as “I’m so glad I bought it last time” or “I really want to use this product.” Although the scale of the company is not large, I feel very proud when I think that the products we have been involved with are connected not only to Japan but also to various sites around the world.
