This department monitors inventory and order status, assigns tasks such as sewing and folding to cast members, and carries out production without compromising quality.
I mainly manage over 130 cast members and check that there are no defects in the specifications or sewing of delivered products. In terms of sewing, we have created a system that allows people to start work even without sewing experience using industrial sewing machines, by using an outsewing system that allows for smooth communication between the company and the production status of cast members, and by renting out sewing machines that utilize IoT. I’m here. Since both of our products are hygienic products, we have put in place testing systems to prevent contamination by tatami products.

We manufacture our products so that we do not run out of stock, and we are careful about inspections such as checking for foreign objects and thread disposal to ensure quality is not compromised. In addition, we strive to create an environment that makes it easy for cast members to work and provide work.
